Or do I just use a deep cycle battery (with a low voltage cut off when the generator isn't running), in between to keep the voltage steady as it will not over charge due to the constant draining from the inverter. Will a 12v battery with roughly 50 cranking amps be hurt by charging voltages between 12 and 50 volts with max 6.4 amps. Again, it will never get that high due to the inverters draw, id be using it to maintain steady power to the inverter. What are the flaws in my reasoning?
