Or with thermo-magnetic trip units from MCCB-s. Be careful, the thermal protection must be according to the starting type of the motor: class 10 for normal start, class 20 for heavy, or class 30 for heavier start. Difference between Tripping classes is that a bigger tripping class allows a high current for more time. Normal start is class 10, and Motor protection "tailored" MCCB-s are on the market, cheap, and good, with magnetic protection( for shortcircuit)+thermal protection class 10. EX; Surion from GE, PKZ from moeller. There are also mccb-s with electronic trip units which allow seelection of tripping class!
