Thanks for the addl. details, There is no fuse (i guess that is why you couldn't find it) for the pwr.windows, they are powered by a circuit breaker that powers the ADR (accessory delay relay) I would suspect that you may have a broken wire in the door jamb wiring (inside the rubber boot) proceed as follows: 1. Access the driver's power window switch. Check for power on the Light Blue/Black (LB/BK) wire when the key is on. This power comes from the Accessory delay relay (ACC) which gets its power from circuit breaker 601. 2. If there is no power, see if the scan tool can communicate with the Generic Electronic Module (GEM). The GEM module controls the ACC and energizes it when the key is turned on. The ACC relay is located in the Central Junction Box (CJB) and should click on when the key is turned on. If it does not click, try swapping relays and retest. If there is no communication with the GEM module, power and grounds will need to be checked at the GEM module. If there is good communication with the GEM module, address any codes retrieved. If there are no codes, the wire may be broken between the door and the door jamb. 3. If there is power on the LB/BK wire, then check for a good ground on the Black (BK) wire. This comes from G200 which is located behind the right inner cowl panel. If the ground is good at G200 but not at the switch, the wire is probably broken between the door and the door jamb.
