Effective mini timer relay for High-Risk Applications
Reliable mini timer relay Designs for Commercial and Industrial Applications
CHINA – ?¡ãAny Electronics?¡À proudly presents their whole range of mini timer relay . They provide a total set of mini timer relay merchandise and other interrelated goods. These units are observed in different applications which include industrial applications, industrial control circuits as well as OEM Panels. These devices include great precision and repeatability. The common mini timer relay which are designed nowadays need quite little panel space.

This digital count down / up timer is highly flexible, allowing you to set the required time period from 1s to 100 minutes in 1 second increments; or from 1 minute to 100 hours in 1 minute increments. It can be set to count either down (display shows remaining time), or up (display shows elapsed time). The timer stores the preset time and current settings in non-volatile EEPROM memory, which means the last preset time is easily recalled even if power is disconnected from the unit! A bright LED display as, plus the three push buttons for control are right on the board, making it easily panel-mountable. All that, plus this timer includes a relay that can handle loads of up to 10A / 110V AC or 24V DC! Supply Voltage: 12VDC / 100mA. Dimensions: 2.34" x 2.68". From CanaKit.

Jim asked Home A/C electrical question?
I've been having a problem with my A/C lately... Occasionally when the thermostat kicks the outside condenser (compressor?) on, the air handler (I think it might be called a "blower" in residential) fails to start. I figured it was the run capacitor and replaced this part, but even now the condenser will run endlessly if the blower motor doesn't turn over. I can hear the contacts click to turn the condenser unit on (which then starts without fail), then a few seconds later the separate set of contacts for the blower motor click, but about 1 in 10 times the blower motor doesn't start. I was fairly confident in replacing the run capacitor, but apparently my electrical troubleshooting skills aren't that great in dealing with residential A/C units. I'm thinking it may be the delay timer (relay) that just isn't kicking over properly? Any ideas?
And got the following answer:
It could be a couple things, but not likely the run capacitor, as far as I've seen, those are either good or bad, not intermittent. Could be the contactor in the air handler that is powered by a 24 volt coil and sends 120 volts to the blower motor is starting to "arc out" where current doesn't pass through because the contacts are starting to "burn". When the blower doesn't start on a call for cooling, take a multimeter and check for 120v going to the motor from the contactor. If yes, then may be a flat spot on the motor winding. If not, check to see if 24 v is going to the contactor coil and 120 v is going into the contacts. Also, if the contacts are pulling in, but not allowing current to pass through, you may want to try shutting off the power & cleaning the contacts with some sand paper or a mini file like the ones used to clean spark plugs. There shouldn't be a start delay timer on the air handler, just the condenser. P.S. The blower and evaporator coil, along with the controls for inside are in the air handler, which is often called the evaporator in the trade.
The mini timer relay perform very nicely with distinct applications which might be specific to energy distribution and protection. The relays include wide adjustment ranges having a scale that is certainly simple to study either in 3 or four digits as outlined by the model. These mini timer relay assistance in escalating the flexibility of the applications, minimize the all round energy and upkeep fees. You will find relays that are used for general purposes which come in dependable styles with swift replacement solutions. And you will discover models that are employed for industrial applications and heavier duty applications that function on significant loads. These items are made to meet the lifetime industrial handle wants on the applications.
Their most up-to-date items will be the Time counter, Timer Delay, mini timer relay, Rapid Connect Couplings, Electronic Motor Couplings, Aluminum Couplings, Morse Couplings and many other individuals. The web site presents a detailed description of every single model in different categories of mini timer relay couplings and sensors. These items are incredibly helpful for high-risk applications. The mini timer relay are also obtainable with options like a number of timing ranges and functions. The company is currently in search of agents and dealers who can promote and sell their factory produced merchandise. They may be generally on a lookout for developing new and more reputable goods depending on the requires and needs of the market.
